Business Analyst (LIMS/ELN Implementation)
12 Month Contract | Immediate Start
Exalto Consulting is supporting a leading organisation within the life sciences sector as they undertake a significant digital transformation programme across their Technical Research & Development function. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) solution, with a particular focus on biologics and advanced therapies.
About You
We're looking for a Business Analyst who combines strong requirements and process analysis expertise with an understanding of laboratory and biologics environments.
You will ideally bring:
- More than 5 years' experience working as a Business Analyst on complex transformation or systems implementation programmes
- Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related scientific environments
- Strong understanding of biologics development processes
- Knowledge of development laboratory operations and analytical workflows
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into functional solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across scientific, operational and technical teams
Desirable
- Previous experience working with IDBS Polar
- Experience supporting LIMS and/or ELN implementations
- Exposure to cell and gene therapy research and development environments
