Full-Time Cook

City View Racquet Club | All-Day Café

City View Racquet Club is hiring a full-time Cook for our All-Day Café.

Our kitchen serves an all-day menu built around breakfast, salads, grain bowls, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, smoothies, and fresh café food. We are looking for a cook who can prep properly, work cleanly, execute consistently, and stay organized through service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute items from the City View All-Day Café menu

• Work across breakfast, salads, bowls, sandwiches, wraps, and hot food

• Cook and portion proteins including chicken, salmon, steak, tofu, and chicken schnitzel

• Prepare vegetables, grains, sauces, garnishes, sandwich mise en place, and other daily prep

• Follow recipes, portions, presentation standards, and guest modifications

• Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team during service

• Keep the station stocked, organized, and ready for service

• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the shift

• Assist with receiving, storage, prep, and end-of-shift breakdown as needed

• Communicate low-stock items, prep needs, and 86s before they become service problems

• Support the rest of the kitchen when another station needs help

What We're Looking For

• Professional kitchen experience preferred

• Strong prep and line-cooking fundamentals

• Comfortable working with multiple menu categories during an all-day service

• Organized, dependable, and punctual

• Able to work efficiently without sacrificing consistency

• Takes ownership of cleanliness and station organization

• Communicates well and works as part of a team

• Interested in being part of a growing food and beverage program

This is a full-time position at City View Racquet Club.
