Flyfish Club is an exclusive Members Only Club located on the Lower East Side of New York City, focused on exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality.

We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a strong understanding of elevated service, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for our members and their guests.

• Previous server experience in a high-end, fast-paced NYC hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong knowledge of service standards
• Ability to anticipate members’ needs and deliver thoughtful, personalized service

• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
• Ability to remain composed and attentive in a high-volume environment
