Key Responsibilities

Financial Support for Sales Operations

  • Connect with new vehicle, used vehicle, spare parts and accessories, after-sales maintenance, etc., communicate fully with the dealer team, and provide full-process sales side financial support.
  • Communicate and coordinate on the financial compliance and profit calculations of sales programs such as business policies, promotional policies, rebate programs, dealer cooperation terms, and installment/financial leasing
  • Tracking of inbound and outbound of vehicles and spare parts, as well as quarterly and annual inventory counts

Accounts Receivable & Floorplan Repayment & Financial Risk Control

  • Manage the increase of dealer Floorplan credit limit and monitor the daily credit limit
  • Reconciliation of accounts with dealers and financial institutions, follow-up on overdue debt collection and aging analysis of accounts
  • Connect with Brazilian automotive finance and insurance partners, calculate and settle monthly dealer rebates, financial rebates, insurance commissions, and interest subsidy expenses for accounting entry

Budget Analysis and Expense Control

  • Prepare the annual budget and monthly rolling forecast for the sales module
  • Manage marketing department expenses, and regularly conduct budget execution and variance analysis
  • Output sales dimension data daily/weekly/monthly: wholesale sales volume, actual sales volume, identify loss-making models, inefficient stores, etc.

Process Optimization and XFN Communication

  • In combination with business scenarios, standardize the financial nodes of the entire automotive sales process: optimize internal control processes such as vehicle reservation, invoicing, vehicle delivery, refund, vehicle return and exchange, and test drive vehicle circulation
  • Collaborate with internal audit, tax inspection, and manufacturer audit in preparing materials, and coordinate with after-sales, procurement, human resources, and administration to implement compliance requirements


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in accounting, finance, taxation, economics, management or related fields
  • Advanced English skills
  • More than 2 years of work experience, with experience in the automotive dealership/4S store/complete vehicle sales/automotive retail industry preferred
  • Familiar with automotive sales business models: new car retail, used cars, after-sales maintenance, financial installment plans, dealer rebates, and manufacturer policy settlement
  • Proficient in using Excel and SAP systems for sales data analysis, expense control, and accounts receivable period management, with strong data sensitivity
