After Sales Process Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Visit dealerships to audit post-sales processes, ensuring quality procedures are being followed.
• Verify parts inventory management, customer satisfaction KPIs, and overall service performance.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve dealership operations and customer experience.
• Assess workshop revenue and recommend marketing initiatives when needed.
• Conduct on-site evaluations, including customer service standards and dealership facilities (e.g., showroom, waiting areas).
• Document findings with photos and reports, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with dealership after-sales managers to review processes, results, and KPIs.
• Support sales growth by encouraging dealerships to purchase and promote parts and accessories to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• Experience in post-sales consulting, service consulting, or dealership field management.
• Mandatory experience in automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Background as a dealership manager, workshop leader, or after-sales consultant is highly valued.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive parts and accessory sales.
• Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and ability to build strong relationships with dealership teams.
