Location: 100% on site - Morumbi, SP

Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor key user growth metrics and assist in preparing recurring performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze operational and user data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the execution and tracking of user campaigns, promotions, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Operations to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate operational data and support reporting processes.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and business updates for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Assist the User Growth team with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Dec 2028;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English
