Video Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Video Content Planning

Develop creative video concepts aligned with brand objectives and local market trends across short-form video, commercials, and live content.

Production Management

Manage end-to-end video productions, coordinating internal teams, freelancers, production companies, and external partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Production & Filming

Apply strong technical knowledge of filming, lighting, camera operation, audio, and production equipment to support high-quality content creation on set.

Video Production & Editing

Execute video editing and post-production, including motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, color correction, and visual effects.

Ensure high-quality, on-brand content with strong pacing and storytelling.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Design, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in video production, editing, or creative content, from concept to final delivery (portfolio required).
• Native-level proficiency in the local language and strong business English communication skills.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (eg, Final Cut Pro, CapCut), including basic motion graphics and color grading.
• Hands-on knowledge of filming workflows, camera/mobile operation, lighting, and production equipment.
• Strong creative thinking, scriptwriting, and storyboard development skills, with the ability to translate brand messages into engaging, locally relevant content.
• Deep understanding of local social media platforms, trends, and content formats (eg, TikTok, YouTube, Kwai).
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
