Floor Manager

Under the direction of the Backal Management Group, Riverpark, located in the Alexandra Science Center with panoramic views of the East River, is seeking a highly motivated leader to join our Service Management team. The ideal candidate will possess fine dining restaurant experience with a primary focus placed upon guest service.

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing as well as motivating all service team members, providing an elevated level of service accompanied with proven leadership competencies and possesses a true commitment to quality. Successful candidates will possess a diverse knowledge of food and wine knowledge, a minimum of 2 years of transferable experience, and strong interpersonal, communication skills.
