Are you an experienced Deckfitter or Boatbuilder looking to work on premium yacht construction? This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing luxury catamaran builder in Portugal, working hands-on with the fit-out and assembly of high-end bluewater cruising yachts.

You will join a modern production environment where quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are key.

What you will work on

You will be involved in the construction and fit-out of premium luxury yachts, working across deck installation, exterior outfitting, finishing, and general boatbuilding activities.

The role combines traditional boatbuilding skills with modern yacht construction methods and materials.

What you will do

• Install deck hardware, hatches, windows, and exterior fittings
• Carry out general boatbuilding, assembly, and finishing work
• Fit and align components to a high-quality yachtbuilding standard
• Work with composite structures, marine materials, timber, and deck hardware
• Support different stages of the yacht fit-out and assembly process
• Read and work from technical drawings and specifications
• Ensure installations meet the required quality and finish standards
• Work closely with other production and technical team members

You will be working on the construction of premium luxury yachts designed for bluewater cruising, combining performance, comfort, and high-end finishing.

The yachts are built within a modern production facility in Portugal by a growing team focused on delivering world-class vessels.

What we expect from you

• Previous hands-on experience in boatbuilding, yachtbuilding, deckfitting, or marine construction
• Experience installing deck hardware and exterior yacht components
• Comfortable working with composites, timber, marine materials, and fittings
• Good practical and technical skills
• Strong eye for detail and high-quality finishing
• Ability to work independently as well as within a production team
• A practical, solution-oriented approach to your work
• Availability to work in Portugal for an initial 6-month contract
