About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will work with an experienced team managing several Security related projects. Candidates must have a strong background working as a project manager, with a focus on Cyber Security.


Key Duties

• Manage a small number of significant projects throughout the life cycle – from scoping & planning, to delivery, transition to operations, project closure ensuring expected outcome to stakeholders and the business.

• Understand requirements, translate into a viable project charter/plan, and recommend options with the input of the required technical experts or contributors.

• Define and manage resource requirements and coordinate large and diverse cross functional teams.

• Lead the project governance (reporting, communications, change management) per the existing programme standards.

• Develop and maintain project and business value metrics and KPIs to track the progress and delivery, ensuring that benefits are clearly identified, and tracked.

• Develop effective relationships across the business and the wider change management community including key specialists, technical teams and leads, to deliver projects in accordance with the project goals to ensure successful project delivery.

• Pro-actively manage risks, issues and dependencies and escalate to appropriate stakeholders, taking corrective action where needed.

• Run effective project meetings, SteerCos, and workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and deliver effective meeting outputs and follow-up.

• Support the program as required and ensure standard process across, using program tools (Clarizen project management and reporting, and other tools where applicable).

• Set up and run effective project workshops if necessary.


What we are looking for

• Experience with AI tools

• Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI is also desirable.

• Experienced Project Manager, with demonstrated experience working on large, complex, enterprise projects.

• Experience with Cyber Security areas is desirable but not essential.

• Experience working with international environments.

• Coordination of globally dispersed workstreams.

• Prince 2 Practitioner or similar

• Exposure to Agile preferred although not essential
