We are seeking a Tech Support Analyst to join the Change Healthcare Radiology Support Team in Ireland. This role is responsible for providing technical support for Change Healthcare's Radiology PACS solutions, which are used by healthcare providers across Ireland, the UK, and France.
As part of a global Tier 1 support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive timely and effective technical assistance while maintaining high service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for Change Healthcare Radiology PACS solutions
- Respond promptly to inbound customer support calls
- Manage and resolve cases submitted through the customer support portal
- Troubleshoot application, system, and connectivity issues
- Monitor system alerts and take appropriate action when required
- Accurately document support activities and maintain case records
- Create, update, and contribute to internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with internal teams and engage escalation resources when necessary
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting established SLAs and response targets
- Participate in an on-call Rota (currently one week every eight weeks)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven hands-on experience with SQL databases
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes
- Proven experience supporting Windows Desktop and Windows Server operating systems
- Demonstrated solid understanding of network infrastructure and TCP/IP concepts
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Proven experience providing remote application or technical support
- Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote support environment
- Proven ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated solid organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to work proactively and effectively as a collaborative team member
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated familiarity with DICOM, HL7, PACS, or other healthcare IT systems and standards
- Proven experience supporting healthcare technology or medical imaging applications
