Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Governance Analyst to join Global Sourcing & Procurement Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in contract management, supplier governance, procurement, and commercial operations. You'll work closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to support the management of strategic supplier contracts, ensure governance processes are followed, and provide valuable reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing
Contract Administration & Governance
- Support the administration of supplier contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and governance records.
- Track key contract dates, renewals, pricing updates, and contractual obligations.
- Assist with contract reviews and help identify potential issues or risks.
Commercial & Financial Support
- Review supplier invoices and validate charges against contractual agreements.
- Support pricing reviews, change requests, and commercial adjustments.
- Assist with financial tracking and spend analysis.
- Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Analyse supplier performance and contract-related metrics.
- Support budget tracking, reconciliations, and executive reporting.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support business and sourcing decisions.
Risk & Compliance
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies.
- Support audit requests and documentation reviews.
- Assist in identifying and escalating potential supplier or contract risks.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business teams.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier contacts.
- Respond to contract and governance-related queries in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in procurement, contracts, finance, business operations, vendor management, or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to contract management, procurement, supplier management, or governance activities.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or executive presentations.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Knowledge of supplier performance metrics, invoice validation, or spend analysis
- Experience using procurement platforms such as SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools.
