The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations while contributing to the ongoing success of a highly regarded industry leader. Your new role This role is fully on site on a project site. Day to Day will include: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and smoothly Coordinate office space requirements, including layout changes.
Provide administrative support to management and senior management team Assist with onboarding and coordination of new staff joining the office Oversee and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems Manage office service agreements and supplier relationships Organise and maintain data, spreadsheets, reports, and office documentation Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion What you'll need to succeed This role will suit a candidate with previous office manager/senior admin/document controller experience within the engineering/construction industry. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge utilising various software systems Attention to detail, prioritise work loads and assist with ad-hoc administrative requests.
