About the company

A well-established and growing business in the Belfast area are seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their Finance team. This is a key role within the finance function, with responsibility across Treasury, Tax and Financial Planning & Analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and stakeholders across the wider business, providing high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and analysis to support business performance and decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Qualified Accountant looking to join a successful business where they can gain strong exposure across a broad range of areas

Key responsibilities include:

• Cash flow reporting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Treasury, foreign exchange and intercompany funding
• Group tax, corporation tax and deferred tax
• Budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting
• Month-end reporting and financial controls
• Liaising with auditors and external advisors

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent Excel and communication skills
