Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician Purpose of the job Cloettas vision is to become the most admired satisfier of munchy moments. You will contribute to this by: Optimize availability rate ? Evaluate task times & plan the accordingly with the maintenance coordinator. ?

Carry out daily maintenance tasks in order of priority assigned by the maintenance cocoordinator ? Supporting the Maintenance Department with preparing and analyzing reports that are internally needed as well as for central Cloetta. ? Preparing the work assignments so that all necessary materials and resources are available to deliver efficient work.

This means, for example: - ordering components at the right time & deal directly with both contractors & suppliers in the planning of all these activities. To deliver these activities on plan & budget. - implement plans and revisions; - alignment with production and planning; o analyze of causes with respect to the standstill of machines ? File & Arrange soft & hard copies of plant documentation ?

Carry out the daily maintenance activities (PM & breakdown).To create & discuss new work orders that are required following these activities. ? Manage Flexmaint (CMMS) so that this system can support the daily operations, this is done by reviewing PMs, writing new PMs, scheduling, Spare parts monitoring ? Supporting the implementation of CAPEX projects and planning strategic initiatives ?

Trouble shout electrical/mechanical issues on production lines and drive himself and his colleagues to find the root cause to solve the problem. ? Responsible to be the expert for all plant & equipment on site & advise plant management on any areas of training required to do so. ? Responsible to ensure that the agreed maintenance plan is carried out on time. ?

Create & close out work orders on CMMS system for all tasks carried out. Responsible to ensure to ensure all spares used in these work orders are taken from stock & assigned to the specific asset. ORDERING Process ?

Plan technical materials, tools and engage with external organizations so that the required materials and expertise are available to carry out the necessary maintenance to the machinery in time. Examples can be: - monitoring the stockpile and ordering materials from suppliers based on inventory data and demand planners or engineers; - Get quotes from suppliers for maintenance coordinator & ensure they are on-site on time. - Check all the entered orders in Flexmaint (CMMS), detecting errors, double entry etc. - tracking orders; treating wrong / late deliveries; - requesting offers of suppliers, comparing quality / price ratio, choosing suppliers in consultation with Technical & Safety Manager; - Find new suppliers for specific materials, welcome suppliers and discussing the specifications, products and prices. - Participate regular meetings with suppliers and making price agreements with technical & safety manager MANAGE STOCKS ? Control the warehouse Flexmaint so both the ordering and inventory costs are held as low as possible and on the other hand achieves the desired level of service to production.

This means for example: ? Checking goods, comparing order and delivery notes; storage of the materials, detection of supplies in Flexmaint; ? - Creating new items in Flexmaint and positioning the article in the magazine (article name, specifications, supplier, article numbers, order number, ...); ? To be aware of what can be ordered in relation to the available budget.

Job demands/Skills In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have: ? PC ? Internet ?

Knowledge of ordering & billing process ? Experience in reporting ? Demonstrate the ability and understand technical issues & provide practical, cost effective engineering solution ?
