About Your New Job As Centre Manager,youwill have single-point responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Dublin centre, ensuring an efficient, welcoming and high-standard campus. Youwill lead the recruitment, induction and ongoing development of campus staff, working closely with colleagues in Dublin, London and further afield. Youwill oversee academic administration: from student timetabling, enrolment, results and exams to managing student records and handling sensitive casework.
Youwill coordinate facilities management, campus events, and act as a key point of contact for local and external stakeholders. Youwill champion student services, promptly addressing queries, feedback and student well-being, ensuring a positive experience for all. What Skills You Need Experience in one or more of: academic administration, student services, campus or office management (preferably in higher education).
Proven track record in managing, coaching and developing staff. Strong organisational skills with the capacity to handle a diverse workload, prioritise effectively, and deliver results under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from students to senior management.
