Job Description
For our client, we are seeking a Director Finance Go To Market Business Partner to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation.
The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 โ $225,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial leaders to align financial planning with business performance
- Lead forecasting, annual planning, and commission analysis activities
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions and initiatives
- Engage in pricing discussions and deal approvals to ensure operational alignment
- Identify opportunities for enhancing forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and commercial teams
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
- Strong understanding of how finance supports commercial organizations in achieving growth and performance
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and working with large datasets
- Experience with tools like Salesforce and Power BI is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to diverse audiences
- A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and modern workplace practices
