Contracts Manager – Commercial Interiors
Location: London & South East
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Sector: Commercial Blinds & Shading
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an established commercial blinds and shading company, managing a range of projects across London and the South East.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage projects from order through to completion, working closely with clients, main contractors, site teams, suppliers and installers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects from order to completion
- Coordinate site teams, installers and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients and main contractors
- Attend site and project meetings
- Plan installation schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage project documentation and health & safety requirements
- Resolve any issues that arise throughout the project
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget
You will have previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within commercial interiors or specialist contracting.
Experience within commercial blinds and shading would be an advantage, although we are also interested in candidates from flooring, partitions, glazing, ceilings and fit-out backgrounds.
You will need to be organised, commercially aware, confident dealing with clients and comfortable managing several live projects at the same time.
A full UK driving licence is required.
