Are you organised, commercially minded and looking to build your career within Retail Merchandising?
Established brand is recruiting for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join their busy retail merchandising team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, reporting and multiple teams, and who wants to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
Working closely with the Assistant Merchandiser/Merchandiser, you’ll provide essential administration and reporting support across the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Updating and distributing daily sales and weekly trade reports
- Managing the daily administration of stock intake, working closely with suppliers
- Maintaining the Buying Minute and ensuring intake is aligned to supplier delivery schedules
- Loading regroups, recalls, size scales and new product information onto the system
- Updating core line cards and availability reports
- Managing PLU updates and price amendments ahead of promotional and sales events
- Reviewing best-seller reports and highlighting actions for the merchandising team
- Producing ad hoc reporting to support Buying & Merchandising
- Reviewing and actioning stock specials to ensure stores receive requests promptly
- Attending trade and range reviews, recording accurate minutes and distributing actions
- Maintaining accurate seasonal distribution plans
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams including Buying, QA, Ecommerce and Finance.
Looking for someone who is:

✔️ Able to work independently and use their own initiative
✔️ A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
✔️ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
✔️ Ideally experienced within a similar merchandising/admin role, although this is not essential.

Benefits:
- Salary - up to £26,000
