Overview of Job

What is the Day Job

• Group Financial Reporting, key person in Group CFO's team
• Collaborate with & train the accounting team in German based subsidiary
• Be a key member of Group Finance team
• Ongoing new ERP implementation across the Group
• Improve Accounts Receivable processes across the Group
• Identification of cost control opportunities in all areas to ensure Group gets best value for money in all areas
• Some travel required (currently Europe but in near future USA)

What You Need

• Recently Qualified ACA, ACCA or CPA trained in small to mid-sized firm
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and related costing systems
• Understanding of IFRS
• Fluent written and spoken English & (ideally) German language skills
• Experience with German GAAP and German Tax filings an advantage

What We Would Like

• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Rootstock including new systems implementation
• Excellent analytical skills
• Consolidated reporting experience
• German language skills & experience with German GAAP and German Tax filings

• Cross-functional & Multinational Collaboration
• Work alongside teams in Germany, Ireland, the UK, China, and the USA, gaining international exposure and strengthening your ability to operate across cultures and geographies.
