🚨 Hiring: Investor Services – Analyst

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 6Months–3 Years

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day investor services to fund managers and investors.
• Process investor activities including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and account setups accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Perform initial AML/KYC reviews and verify investor documentation for completeness.
• Open and maintain investor accounts in accordance with fund documentation, AML requirements, regulations, and internal policies.
• Review subscription and other investor transaction documents.
• Communicate with investors via email regarding missing information and routine queries.
• Provide investors and nominees with statements, contract notes, and other required documentation.
• Monitor investor information received through email and other communication channels.
• Prepare MIS and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized fund and investor records.
• Support effective handovers between Mumbai and global processing centres.
• Escalate operational issues to management when required.
• Participate in global projects, including system enhancements and data conversions.
• Ensure all activities are completed within agreed SLAs and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in Financial Services / Investor Services / Fund Administration is preferred.
• Experience in hedge fund processing will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of AML/KYC and investor documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Graduate degree, preferably in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a numerical discipline.
• Freshers can also apply for this role. Candidates who have completed NISM or Imarticus certifications and are 2024 or 2025 pass-outs are eligible to apply.
