Junior Accountant

Role Description:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain daily books, journals, ledgers, and financial records.
• Invoicing: Issue sales/purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank, vendor, and platform account reconciliations.
• Tax & Compliance: Assist with timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• AR/AP Management: Track receivables/payables and follow up on pending settlements.
• Audits & Documentation: Assist in preparing audit data and organize supporting vouchers/records.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, ops, and marketing for accurate financial data.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/BAF).
• Experience: 0–3 years in accounting (freshers welcome with strong fundamentals).
• Language: Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Software: Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Compliance: Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
