This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, for a Deputy Manager โ Collections/Recoveries. The individual in this position will oversee the collections and recoveries processes, ensuring operational targets are met effectively. Key responsibilities include leading a team of collections agents, monitoring and enhancing team performance, implementing and upholding operational best practices, analyzing collection trends, providing regular reports, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Leadership and team management skills to guide a collections/recovery team effectively
- Strong analytical abilities to track collection trends, prepare operational reports, and optimize strategies
- Knowledge of debt management best practices and regulatory compliance in financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and internal coordination
- Previous experience in collections, recoveries, or related financial operations is preferred
- Proficiency in using data-driven platforms, digital tools, and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; MBA is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of team deliverables
