Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Hyderabad.

\n

\n

Accounts:

\n

\n
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
\n
2. Overseeing statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and other tax filings, as well as coordinating with auditors and consultants.
\n
3. Stock Verifications.
\n
4. Oversee proper implementation of Zoho applications for maximising automations.
\n

Financial Analysis:

\n

\n
1. Handle budgeting, cash flow planning, and management reporting to support decision-making and business growth.
\n
2. Implementing and improving MIS and internal controls, reviewing vendor and customer accounts, and partnering with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure accurate financial tracking.
\n
3. Contribute to financial forecasts, cost analysis, and profitability reviews for products and channels (website, Ecom, QCom).
\n
4. Devise and implement SOPs for smooth functioning of all the verticals of the business.

Alliances:

\n
1. Find and close MOUs with other Brands forging alliances and partnerships.
\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bcom or CA-Inter.
\n
• Expertise in Zoho ecosystem a must. Experience in MS Office, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools; experience with e-commerce or FMCG accounting is an advantage.
\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
\n
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
\n
• Prior experience in a startup, consumer brand, or skincare/beauty sector is a plus.
\n

CTC: ₹6,00,000-8,00,000 depending on the experience.
