Senior Strategic Healthcare Architect / Client Side Role

NEW EXCLUSIVE CLIENT SIDE ROLE | STRATEGIC HEALTHCARE ARCHITECT £60,000 - £90,000 | LONDON

I’m excited to be working with a specialist healthcare estates and design consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Strategic Healthcare Architect to join their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at a strategic and client-facing level, helping healthcare organisations shape their future estates, services and development programmes.

The Role;

You’ll work closely with NHS Trusts, healthcare organisations and senior stakeholders, providing strategic advice across estate strategy, healthcare transformation and master planning.

Key responsibilities include:

▪️ Leading strategic estate planning for NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations

▪️ Developing estate strategies, master plans and development programmes

▪️ Working with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders

▪️ Leading workshops, visioning sessions and stakeholder engagement

▪️ Acting as a trusted advisor across healthcare estates and strategic development

▪️ Identifying opportunities and supporting project roadmaps and investment plans

▪️ Leading early-stage healthcare master planning commissions

▪️ Contributing to business development and proposals

About You

▪️ Qualified Architect - RIBA Part III or equivalent

▪️ 10-15+ years’ experience within healthcare architecture, planning or strategic advisory

▪️ Strong understanding of NHS estate strategy and healthcare transformation

▪️ Proven experience in healthcare estate strategy and strategic master planning

▪️ Comfortable working with executive and clinical stakeholders

Desirable: Experience supporting NHS Trust Boards/Executive Teams and involvement in large-scale healthcare transformation programmes.

- Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm (hybrid working)

- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

- Salary: £60,000 - £90,000
