Senior Associate - Lead QA Engineer

Your area of work:

• As a member of the Core Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for Clearing and Risk IT systems. Leveraging your Test automation expertise and working closely with business analysts, you will translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases.
• You will be responsible for designing automated testing solutions, executing test scenarios, and ensuring that all regulatory and functional requirements are met before deployment into production.

• Analyse existing test automation framework implemented in Python and identify / implement performance improvements and the maintainability of the source code.
• Build Test automation framework for validating financial and non-financial ETD, OTC pricing models implemented in the risk IT systems.
• Execute test cases, document results, and report defects and findings
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Degree in B.Tech/M.Tech or Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology / Science or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Python developer with more than 5 years of experience in Software Test automation
• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Postgres, OpenShift, Google Cloud
• Expert knowledge about Git, Linux, SQL.
• Sound knowledge of quantitative risk management and financial instruments. Relevant certifications in financial market infrastructure or risk management are advantageous
• Excellent communication with Proficiency in written and spoken English
