Business Development Executive – US Market
11Scientific
Job Description
Location: India (Remote)
Employment Type: Part-Time
About the role
We are looking for a hungry, curious and commercially minded Business Development Executive to help us grow our business in the US.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be handed leads and asked to follow up.
We want someone who enjoys creating opportunities.
You’ll work directly with our leadership team to:
• Identify and research potential US customers
• Find and connect with the right decision-makers
• Prospect through LinkedIn, email, calls, communities and partnerships
• Start conversations and understand customer problems
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities
• Demo and position technology solutions
• Build relationships across healthcare, life sciences and the startup ecosystem
• Experiment with messaging and sales approaches to figure out what actually works
• Help us build a repeatable sales engine from the ground up
Who are we looking for?
Someone with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, SDR/BDR, inside sales or business development.
You should be:
✓ Confident speaking with US customers
✓ Comfortable picking up the phone, not just sending emails
✓ Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
✓ Good at research and finding the right people
✓ Curious about technology and software
✓ Comfortable working US hours from India
✓ Hungry to learn and grow
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, SaaS, startups or technology sales is a bonus.
Why this role is different
You won’t be joining a large sales machine.
You’ll help build one.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, get exposure to US customers, software partnerships, healthcare, startups and technology, and have the opportunity to directly influence how we go to market.
We’re looking for potential, hunger and ownership — not 10 years of experience.
