What You Will Do

• Drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the government sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and RFP responses that meet client needs.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Present solutions to clients, articulating value propositions effectively to secure contracts.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the government or B2B sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the government procurement process and RFP responses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams.

Compensation and Benefits
