HVAC Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical projects from award through closeout. Our work includes ground-up construction, tenant improvements, healthcare, office remodels, industrial, and design-build projects. ## Responsibilities

* Manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneously.
* Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project schedules.
* Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
* Procure equipment and materials while tracking lead times.
* Coordinate field manpower with superintendents and foremen.
* Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and job profitability.
* Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

## Qualifications

* 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
* Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems and construction practices.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and specifications.
* Experience with project scheduling and cost management.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
