We are hiring ourCocktail Bartender to join our team atJOIA, our restaurant, bar, and rooftop on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor ofart’otel Battersea Power Station Hotelwith iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.

Conceptualised by two Michelin-starred Portuguese Chef Henrique Sa Pessoa.

JOIA will celebrate dishes showcasing Henrique’s vibrant, unique, and fresh take on traditional dishes using the best of British and Iberian produce sourced locally.

A natural entertainer and people’s person ourCocktail Bartenderwill strive to deliver a memorable experience with each sip of their expertly crafted drinks. They will possess excellent knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails and a creative flair for creating new and exciting drinks to satisfy our guest's needs.

As ourCocktail Bartender,you will receive:

• Salary:It is anticipated you will receive from£12.94(minimum contracted rate) to around£18(rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As ourBartenderyou will:

• Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience.
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player withtheability to inspire your team
• Be experienced inMixology (preferable)
• Experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
