About the Role: Providing World-Class Customer Service

As a reputed company at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, including general service inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and educating customers on the value of our existing insurance and non-insurance products. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer service calls from policyholders, group members, and other customers in a courteous, reputed company, and reputed company manner, adhering to our reputed company program metrics to ensure an excellent customer experience.
