About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting our sales and operations team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries
• Responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
• Providing product information and helping customers choose the right products
• Processing & Packing orders and assisting with order enquiries
• Following up on customer requests and resolving issues
• Assisting with dealer and trade account enquiries
• General administrative duties as required
• Working closely with the warehouse and production team to ensure excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional phone manner
• Strong written communication and email skills
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
• Interest in the automotive or 4WD industry is an advantage, but not essential

What We Offer

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Thursday work week (34 hours), 38 hours are available, 6:00am – 4:00pm
