Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focusedCustomer Experience Representativeto join their growing team on a temporary basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional and solutions-focused.

About the Role

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer enquiries
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and service
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Update customer information within the CRM system
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

About You

• Previous experience in a call centre or high-volume customer service role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
• Strong computer and administration skills
• A positive, friendly and professional approach
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
