About the role:

Based in our Coolaroo site, we are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative who shares our passion for building customer relationships. As a Customer Service representative, you will:

• Offer a high level of service to our existing customers and prospective customers.
• Liaise with production and customers on delivery and lead-time allocation
• Accurately process orders.
• Provide an internal link between external customers and the various internal departments within the business
• Field and manage customer complaints in a timely and effective manner and have a great understanding of the escalation process.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers and stakeholders.

About you:

• A genuine customer focus and helpful nature.
• Proven experience within an internal and/or external customer service role, experience in the packaging industry will be highly regarded.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work unsupervised.
