Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Manager to support international customer service and logistics operations within a leading pharmaceutical organisation.

This is a hands‑on coordination role with no direct reports.

The successful candidate will coordinate international shipments, manage transportation and customs documentation, and ensure products are collected and delivered accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate product collections and deliveries across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas
  • Manage shipments using road, ocean and air freight
  • Arrange collections and deliveries with suppliers, carriers and third‑party logistics providers
  • Create and maintain transportation and customs documentation
  • Coordinate the receipt of required shipping documents from suppliers
  • Create purchase orders, process goods receipts and support invoice generation
  • Create road‑freight tasks within the internal transport management system
  • Monitor documentation, collections and deliveries to ensure shipments remain on schedule
  • Coordinate ocean and air shipments with the wider Customer Service team and 3PL partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for supplier delivery queries
  • Resolve transportation, documentation and invoicing issues
  • Build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate shipment and order records

Experience and skills required

  • A minimum of approximately 3-5 years' relevant experience in logistics, customer service, order management or supply‑chain operations
  • Practical knowledge of logistics processes and documentation requirements
  • Experience coordinating road, ocean and/or air freight
  • Exposure to customs and transportation documentation
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
  • Confident communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • A personable, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Experience using SAP for purchase orders, goods receipts, invoicing or related processes
  • Experience working directly with carriers, freight forwarders or 3PL providers
  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated‑industry experience
  • Experience coordinating shipments across multiple international regions
