We’re hiring a Project Manager to provide day-to-day onboarding support and operational coordination for the Group AI Platform. This is a hands-on, user-facing role combining support operations, business analysis, and delivery coordination – acting as the control point for onboarding users and project issues, triaging requests, guiding teams through onboarding, and tracking issues to resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Background primarily in the software/technology industry
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst delivering software products end-to-end, ideally in complex enterprise environments
• Strong support-operations mindset with ability to handle high-volume queries and ambiguity
• Solid business analysis and requirements-elicitation skills
• Experience owning requests from intake to closure, including RAID management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence without formal authority
• Practical Agile experience (sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
• Strong JIRA and Confluence skills
• Experience defining and tracking operational KPIs and building stakeholder reporting
