Position Overview
As Service Delivery Owner, you will own the end-to-end delivery of features and epics across multiple squads, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technical feasibility, and Agile delivery standards. Operating within the Hybrid Agile Operating Model (HAOM), you will serve as the central coordination point, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring delivery teams meet their commitments. This role combines hands-on delivery leadership with strategic contribution to the tribe's maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.

- 8-10 years of experience in Agile delivery leadership roles
- Proven experience operating within a Hybrid Agile Operating Model (HAOM)
- Strong track record in cross-squad coordination and dependency management
- Expertise in stakeholder management across technical and business functions
- Experience with governance and reporting in structured Agile environments
- Demonstrated ability in risk and dependency management
- Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement
- Technical understanding of STP systems and architecture
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of IT controls and compliance requirements
- Experience in onboarding and capability building initiatives
- Exposure to tribe maturity models and Agile transformation initiatives
- Competencies in Agile Way of Working and Agile DevOps for senior management
