About the Role

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and safely. Supporting both the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and the broader team, you will handle everything from documentation to dispatch.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Forklift Operation: Load and unload trucks using both counterbalance and high reach forklifts.

  • Stock Management: Distribute and organise stock; maintain neat, safe, and organised storage areas.

  • Administration: Complete necessary documentation and enter stock data into Navision.

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for production and client dispatch.

  • Logistics: Arrange transport as required.

  • General Support: Assist with additional warehouse duties to ensure operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a safety-conscious team player with strong technical skills and an eye for detail.

  • Licensing: Current Forklift licence is essential.

  • Technical Skills: Previous experience with ERP systems—specifically Navision—is essential.

  • Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Safety Knowledge: Solid understanding of WHS protocols and safe manual handling techniques.

  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, accurate numerical skills, and the ability to follow processes consistently.

  • Communication: Good communication skills and a collaborative "team player" attitude.
