Warehouse Operator

Location: Manildra, NSW
Roster: Monday to Friday

Hourly Rates: $32.50 - $35.59 per hour, 76 hours per fortnight

Role Overview

Manildra Packing, part of MSM Milling, are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for the movement, loading, and storage of oil drums, containers, and other materials across our warehouse environment.
You will play a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of goods while upholding our strong safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move oil drums, containers, and palletised goods

Safely load and unload trucks and containers using approved equipment

Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas, including storage bays and walkways

Perform equipment checks and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

Assist with stock counts, inventory checks and movement of finished goods

Assist with packing and warehouse processes

About You

Current forklift licence with experience operating counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts

Proven experience in a warehousing, logistics, or industrial environment

Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and situational awareness

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Good communication skills and a proactive approach to workplace housekeeping
