Customer service / Job scheduler

About the role

Krave Electrical is seeking a Customer Service / Job Scheduler to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. Based in Burleigh Heads QLD, this role is essential to the smooth operation of our business, serving as the vital link between our customers and our field teams. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling jobs efficiently, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

This position plays a strategic role in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimising our operational workflow.

What you\'ll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels with professionalism and promptness
• Scheduling and coordinating electrical service appointments and jobs to maximise efficiency and meet customer requirements
• Managing the job scheduling system to ensure accurate record-keeping and real-time updates
• Liaising between customers and field technicians to confirm appointments, provide updates and resolve any scheduling conflicts
• Processing customer information and maintaining accurate administrative records
• Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and working towards satisfactory resolutions
• Supporting the management team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
• ordering parts for the team when necessary
• Maintaining a professional and organised work environment, including managing calendars and documentation

What we\'re looking for

• Proven experience in customer service and/or job scheduling roles, ideally within the trades or electrical industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with scheduling software and computer systems; experience with Simpro\'s job management platforms is highly desirable
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional demeanour
• Familiarity with electrical services or trades preferred but not essential if you demonstrate strong transferable skills
