We have been supplying high quality building, garden & landscaping supplies to Melbourne, Geelong and beyond for nearly 45 years. The Daisy's team consists of over 200 people, working across 9 stores and 4 production sites, from Pakenham to Torquay and Colac. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Driver to join our Taylors Lakes store team on a casual basis.

The role

As a Store Driver your key responsibilities will be:

• Deliver garden, building and landscaping supplies to customers, mostly around the Western Suburbs

• Drive a medium and/or heavy rigid truck

• Operate mobile equipment in the sales yard (if competent)

• Maintain sales yard and truck presentation & cleanliness

Hours of the role

The Taylors Lakes store is open Monday to Saturday. No shift or public holiday work.

Skills & experience

The successful applicant will be someone who:

• Holds a current MR or HR license with a safe driving record (clean driving record for the last 2 years)

• Must have at least 1-year previous truck driving experience

• Can form friendly and positive customer relationships

• Has reasonable knowledge of the Western Suburbs

• Competencies and experience operating a forklift and/or front-end loader advantageous
