The opportunity
We’re looking for a CRM Functional Analyst to own,configure, develop, support and continuously improve our Microsoft businessapplications environment, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform andassociated integrations; turning business needs into practical solutions,smarter automation, and insights that improve how we work.
What you'll do
- Partner with stakeholders across the business tocapture requirements, map processes, and translate needs into clear functionalspecifications.
- Develop, configure, test and continuouslyimprove Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and connected tools includingClickDimensions, Power Automate, Power BI, Purview and other Azure/M365services.
- Support and enhance integrations across theDynamics 365 CRM, website/member portal, reporting platforms and third-partyapplications
- Improve data quality and user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement: identify trends,solve recurring issues, and recommend changes that increase efficiency andcommercial outcomes.
- Create and deliver user-friendly training,onboarding and documentation so teams feel confident adopting new features andways of working.
- Work with external partners and suppliers todeliver upgrades and new capabilities.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 systemsanalyst / functional analyst / developer or business applications analyst role.
- Strong hands-on administration, development andconfiguration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform,including Power Automate, Dataverse, security models and reporting solutions.
- Proven ability to work from a business-firstperspective - balancing stakeholder needs, priorities, timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbaland facilitation), with confidence working across all levels of theorganisation.
- A proactive, customer-service mindset and atrack record of improving processes and adoption through training anddocumentation.
- Experience with marketing automation (ideallyClickDimensions), SharePoint and/or WordPress is highly regarded.
