• Drive success across compliance and advisory matters for private clients and SME businesses
• Lead and develop a quality team, managing workflow and continuing to build their competence
• Be instrumental in the growth of the client base and services offered
• Seen as a leader in the business, engaging closely with Partners

What you\'ll offer

• CA/CPA or similar qualification
• An excellent knowledge of Australian tax and reporting requirements
• Proven experience at Manager level
• Able to display strong leadership qualities
