Hiring: Part-Time English Communication Trainers (Remote)
We're looking for experienced and passionate English Communication Trainers to join our remote training team!
If you enjoy helping learners build confidence in their English communication skills through engaging online sessions, we'd love to connect with you.
Applicants must be available for a minimum of 4 hours per day (Monday–Friday) during these time slots:
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- ☀️ Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Evening: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
4 Hours/Day (Monday–Friday)
- ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month
Excluding incentives and performance bonuses
6 Hours/Day (Monday–Friday)
- ₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month
Excluding incentives and performance bonuses
Compensation is structured on a per-candidate, per-month basis for part-time trainers.
Monthly 4 Hours/Day (Monday–Friday)
- ₹14,000 – ₹16,000/month
Excluding incentives and performance bonuses
Monthly 6 Hours/Day (Monday–Friday)
- ₹21,000 – ₹24,000/month
Excluding incentives and performance bonuses
Compensation is structured on a per-candidate, per-month basis for part-time trainers.
- Conduct interactive online English communication sessions.
- Help learners improve spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.
- Deliver learner-focused, engaging classes.
- Complete 20 sessions per candidate per month (Monday–Friday), including any required compensatory sessions.
- Prior experience as an English teacher or communication trainer (mandatory).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong grammar and communication skills.
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Comfortable working remotely.
