This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise hotel performance and profitability.
• Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution across all sales channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
• Produce regular forecasts, reports, and performance insights for senior management.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to drive commercial success.
• Lead weekly and monthly revenue meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Revenue Manager or similar hotel revenue role.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and pricing experience.
• Knowledge of hotel distribution channels, PMS, and revenue management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially focused with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
