What You'll Do

• Lead HVAC and mechanical system design for commercial, healthcare, education, municipal, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
• Manage projects from proposal through construction, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead project meetings.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and provide construction administration support.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers through technical guidance and quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering design experience within an MEP consulting environment.
• Proven project management experience overseeing multiple building projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems.
• Passion for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
