About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager tolead strategic initiatives across Information Security, Cybersecurity, ITGovernance, Risk, and Compliance.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage complexsecurity programmes, and help strengthen technology controls and regulatoryalignment. Working with Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Cloud, Audit,Risk, Compliance, Development, and Business teams, you will connect securitypriorities with broader organisational objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project leader whocombines structured delivery management with a practical understanding ofsecurity governance and technology risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects across Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance;
• Manage programme planning, execution, governance, and delivery;
• Coordinate Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Development, Cloud, Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams;
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and project indicators;
• Lead governance forums and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders;
• Support audit-remediation initiatives and the implementation of security controls;
• Coordinate technology-risk assessments and risk-mitigation activities;
• Track control gaps, action plans, owners, and deadlines;
• Promote alignment with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives;
• Support security-transformation, data-protection, and risk-management programmes;
• Identify blockers and dependencies early and coordinate practical resolutions;
• Maintain clear project documentation and executive reporting.

Essential Requirements

• Solid experience managing technology projects or programmes;
• Experience leading initiatives in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance;
• Practical experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies;
• Familiarity with security-transformation or technology-control improvement programmes;
• Ability to coordinate technical, governance, audit, risk, compliance, and business teams;
• Experience with project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management;
• Working knowledge of information-security and risk-management frameworks or practices;
• Advanced English for professional communication;
• Strong communication, organisation, influence, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

These qualifications are valuable but not mandatory:

• Experience with Cloud Security initiatives;
• Exposure to Identity and Access Management programmes;
• Familiarity with data-protection initiatives;
• Experience supporting audit remediation or regulatory programmes;
• Professional background in banking, fintech, insurance, Asset Management, or Wealth Management;
• Previous experience with a global consulting organisation;
• Experience working with international or geographically distributed teams.
