Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support a large-scale SAP Transformation Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end organizational change management activities to ensure successful user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness throughout the transformation lifecycle.

This is an onsite contract opportunity requiring strong expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training enablement, and SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy aligned with the SAP transformation roadmap.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and change readiness assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders.
• Create and implement comprehensive communication plans to drive awareness and engagement.
• Design and coordinate change interventions to facilitate user adoption and minimize resistance.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, HR, and business teams to ensure organizational readiness.
• Support training strategy, learning plans, and end-user enablement initiatives.
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
• Identify and manage change-related risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reports on change management activities.
• Ensure alignment of change management deliverables with project milestones and governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting SAP implementation or SAP transformation projects (S/4HANA experience is highly preferred).
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication planning, change impact analysis, and organizational readiness.
• Experience developing and executing communication, engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
• Experience in ERP transformation programs within government, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are desirable.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East or GCC region is an advantage.
