Job Description
We're Hiring for Healthcare Advisor, who would be handling patient complaints regarding policy queries, claim queries and reimbursement queries. If you're a fresher we'd love to talk to you.
Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients.
- Assist members with insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.
- Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Work Schedule:
- Shift: US Rotational Night Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 25,000/-
- Performance-Based Incentives - 3500 to 5000/-
- Night Shift Allowance: Paid per night - 150/-
