Disability Support worker

This is more than just another support role—you'll become part of a dedicated team providing consistent, person-centred care to one participant, allowing you to build trust, develop meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact.

Live outside of Junee? We want to hear from you!

Support workers travelling from surrounding areas are eligible for incentive mileage payments, making this a great opportunity for applicants from nearby towns.

About the Role

As part of this established support team, you will:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the participant's home

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Provide manual handling and medication administration support

Support community participation and social engagement

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Work collaboratively with a consistent team to provide reliable, high-quality support

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Compassionate, patient and reliable

Experienced supporting participants with complex care needs

Confident with personal care, manual handling and medication assistance

A strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships

Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

National Police Check

Current First Aid & CPR

Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle (preferred)
